Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the academic and operational aspects of the institution.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance educational outcomes.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment among staff and students.
- Implement performance evaluation processes for faculty and staff.
- Oversee budget planning and management for the institution.
- Engage with stakeholders to assess needs and improve services.
- Provide mentorship and support to faculty members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Plan and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all levels.
- Analyze assessment data to improve teaching and learning practices.
- Conduct regular meetings with faculty and staff to discuss progress and challenges.
- Promote innovative teaching practices and incorporate technology in education.
- Represent the institution at conferences and community events.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Education or related field; Doctorate preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of instructional strategies and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget planning and resource management.
- Ability to inspire and motivate faculty and students.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in educational technology and tools.
- Track record of successful program development and implementation.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing partnerships.
- Knowledge of current trends in education and workforce development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
