Job Description
We have partnered with an aviation finance platform to appoint a Vice President of Investments to its Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reporting packages for investors and lenders focusing on loan performance.
- Analyse and model term loan facilities (DSCR LTV covenant compliance).
- Maintain financial models with cash flow waterfalls amortisation schedules and capital structures.
- Collaborate on interest forecasts debt repayment and hedging strategies.
- Support credit risk analysis for potential airline customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in term loan modelling and covenant tracking.
- Strong grasp of capital structures in aviation finance.
- Advanced Excel skills (cash sweeps prepayment triggers).
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- CFA designation is a plus.
