Job Description
Job Title: Regional Manager Uttar Pradesh
Department: Sales & Distribution
Industry: Asset Management / Mutual Funds
Location: Lucknow Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Zonal Head – North
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 12 sales professionals ensuring they meet business objectives and individual KRAs.
Drive retail business growth by empanelling activating and managing Individual Financial Advisors (IFAs) and National Distributors (NDs).
Experience:
12 to 15 years of experience in the Asset Management industry (Mutual Funds only).
Proven expertise in managing large distribution networks and retail sales operations.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
AMFI certified (or must be willing to clear the certification promptly).
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales analytics tools.
Deep understanding of mutual fund products and distribution channels.
