This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm) Chicago IL USA Central Time
Scope:
- Handle both cold outreach and warm lead follow-up
- Work with provided leads and prospect lists
- Use company-provided VoIP phone system with Chicago area code
- Integrate with existing CRM and Calendly scheduling systems
- Expected to achieve reasonable conversion rates on provided leads
- Potential for performance bonuses and commission structure
- 90-day initial evaluation period with ongoing performance monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential members using provided presentation materials and scripts
- Close deals by convincing prospects to sign up for monthly memberships ($299/month)
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments using Calendly integration
- Work with CRM system to manage leads and track interactions
- Direct qualified prospects to company website for membership registration
- Handle a mix of cold leads and warm referrals from events and networking
- Maintain call schedules with dedicated days for appointment setting and sales calls
- Present as being located in Chicago area during all client interactions
Requirements
- Previous sales experience at least 3 years particularly in telesales or phone-based sales
- Strong English communication skills with clear professional accent
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Ability to sound genuine and natural while following provided scripts
- Experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
- Must be willing to represent as Chicago-based during client interactions
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented mindset with focus on closing deals
