Job Description

As an IT Administrator you ll be the first line of defense in resolving user issues managing accounts and keeping systems optimized. With every fix update and interaction youll ensure end-users across the globe stay connected supported and productive.

Job Overview
Employment type: Full-Time
Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Work setup: Permanent Work-from-Home

Your Daily Tasks

End-User Support:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone email chat or in person.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to IT-related inquiries and requests.

Issue Resolution:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software network and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed records of user interactions issues and resolutions in the ticketing system FreshService.
  • Follow established processes for incident and request management.

Software and Hardware Support:

  • Assist with software installations updates and configuration changes.
  • Provide basic hardware troubleshooting and support including peripherals and mobile devices.

Password Resets and Account Management:

  • Assist users with password resets and account access issues.
  • Assist users with SSO access and password issues.
  • Manage user account creations modifications and deletions as per established procedures.

Remote Support:

  • Provide remote support to off-site employees ensuring their IT needs are met.
  • Assist with remote access solutions (e.g. VPN) and collaboration tools.

Knowledge Base and Training:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base with solutions to common issues.
  • Assist in user training and education on IT tools and best practices.

Incident Escalation:

  • Escalate critical or high-impact incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary.
  • Monitor and track incident progress to resolution.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 years in systems administration
  • Mac OS X System Administration experience in a corporate environment
  • Prior experience with Windows in an Active Directory and/or Entra ID environment
  • English proficiency
  • Reliable organized friendly team player
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role

It s great if you have:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Networking experience: Wi-Fi Firewalls DHCP DNS VPN
