Location:Kolkata
Position: Hospitality Trainer Working Days: Monday to Saturday Hiring: Immediate
Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality skills tailored for the aviation industry.
Guide students in customer service grooming etiquette and communication skills to meet industry standards.
Develop and update training modules and materials per the latest hospitality and aviation trends.
Conduct practical sessions role-plays and assessments to enhance student learning.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Create a professional engaging and positive learning environment.
Support students in preparing for interviews and placements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in their careers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
