Job Description
System Administrator LINUX (Centos and/or RHEL) - 15 yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly Required
Provides support for implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices mobile devices etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software troubleshoots maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Salary Range
The projected compensation range for this position is 207K to 249K (annualized USD).
Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individual s particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Requirements
Experience with the following:
- Installing LINUX (Centos and/or RHEL)
- Troubleshooting LINUX performance Storage connectivity
- VM Maintenance building troubleshooting
- Shell Scripting
- System Patching using YUM
- Reading vulnerability reports IAVA compliance POA&Ms
- Familarity with BISCOTTI and LATTEART
- Familiarity with STE tools TRELLIS agent Nessus ENSL &UAM
- SecurityCentery Scanning
- Nagios Monitoring and administration
- PKI Server Certificates - renewing and revoking
- Familarity with Ansible playbooks and adhoc Ansible commands
- Creating and Maintaining SOPs in Confluence
- Intermediate Ansible creating and maintaining playbooks and rules
- Intermediate shell scripting
- Intermediate GIT - check in/check out branching/tagging creating repositories
Qualifications
- Fifteen (15) years experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five(5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I or higher is required.

A Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience OR A High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area). OR A Masters degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience OR A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience. Examples of Qualified engineering fields include: Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.
