Job Description
- Inspecting and maintaining vehicles tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
- Creating and following a maintenance plan
- Staying on-call and completing emergency maintenance in case of breaks down
- Establishing maintenance policies and procedures
- Managing the budget for the maintenance
- Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out
- Ensuring the project complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes place
Qualifications :
- Ability to understand Mechanical Installations - capability to perform Maintenance of Plumbing Installation Maintenance/Operation of Swimming Pool equipment Maintenance/Operation of Water treatment equipment Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Air Ventilation systems. Ideally need to have a Valid Certification of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician issued by Electromechanical services of Cyprus (optional)
- Academic degree showing attendance relevant Electrical discipline related modules on Technical School or Higher Institute and Valid Certification of Electrical Technician issued by Electromechanical services of Cyprus
- Brief technical knowledge of Home Automation systems with KNX standard
- Auto Mechanic basic knowledge and skills
- Enthusiasm to learn modern methodologies technologies construction materials equipment etc.
- Good verbal communication skills including active listening and the ability to translate complex information
- Ability to read technical drawings manuals and technical specifications
- Attention to details ability to work under pressure customer service skills
- Organizational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion even during emergencies
- Team-working skills to liaise and work cooperatively with individuals at all levels
- Physical strength to perform physically demanding tasks
- Location Limassol or a wish to relocate to Limassol
- Greek and English language is a must Russian language considered as an advantage.
- Experience working on a private residence will be considered as a plus
