Captura Hall is currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our Miami-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with prospective clients and supporting revenue growth through strategic outreach and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
Conduct outreach through calls emails and meetings to generate leads
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations
Track sales pipeline and report progress to management
Attend industry events and client meetings as needed
Stay informed about market trends and competitors
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
13 years of experience in business development sales or client relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
