We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning coordination and execution of various events ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our Events Manager and vendors to create seamless and impactful experiences for our clients and attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing corporate events trade shows and promotional activities
Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements vendor communications and materials
Support onsite event setup registration and guest assistance
Maintain event timelines and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
Manage event supplies and inventory
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent event branding and execution
Provide post-event reporting and analysis
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Communications Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on event schedules
