Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for crafting effective internal and external communications. You will support various departments in maintaining consistent messaging and ensuring alignment with the companys voice and values.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal newsletters announcements and communication materials
Support the creation and editing of written content including reports presentations and marketing collateral
Coordinate with teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications
Manage communication timelines and assist in planning campaigns and events
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies
Assist with writing press releases articles and company updates
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of communication projects
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Experience with content creation and editing tools is a plus
