Job Description

Do you want to work 3 days 4 days or 5 days per week Do you want to continue freelancing Not a problem! we can be flexible and offer a contract that suits you.

As a Digital first Senior Content Creator (Senior Manager level) you will be reporting to the Social Media Lead and working closely with the Production and Social Media teams as a go-to person for all things social and video content. The focus of this role is purely creative as you film both long form content as well as short form with a film once publish everywhere approach across our Social Channels; YouTube Instagram FaceBook and Linkedin. You will be given full support by our Content Exec for Analysis capture copy and scheduling.

Never a dull moment the role offers real variety! You could be at an event off site one day working with our charity partners another then working with our senior managers on initiatives or supporting our Employee Brand projects the next. Using your extensive experience you will prioritise requirements based on you calendar of events and need.

The following points summarise the role:

  • Lead on the day-to-day management of video content primarily focusing on creating video content populated with inspirational informative and engaging stories.
  • To develop a You Tube video content strategy working alongside the Social Media Lead and develop long form content which can also live in short form on social media channels.
  • Support with case studies inspiration & walkthrough videos event videos product education and bts footage during photo-shoots.
  • Develop creative ideas suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Prioritise and schedule work effectively anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
  • Youll have a natural ability to convey complex topics in a simple and concise way to both B2B and B2C audiences and youll have the ability to use data (research) and insights to generate thought-provoking content.
  • Youll work collaboratively with senior stakeholder across the business to create buy in for the content strategy and demonstrate the value and understanding of content generation including ROI

Qualifications :

Ideally you will be an experienced passionate and creative content creator who can deliver a clear achievable strategy generate new ideas and work collaboratively with and influence a variety of stakeholders to deliver.    

Essential skills:

  • Youll have previous experience leading creating and delivering impactful video content
  • Youll have outstanding video production skills including editing publishing and driving views
  • Sound knowledge of social media and creation of short form clips to live on these channels
  • Awareness of SEO best practices to drive traffic to Togethers digital channels
  • An inspiring leader youll have experience of coaching developing and mentoring others     
  • A natural relationship builder youll be able to engage effectively and credibly with a variety of stakeholders and have the ability to influence at the different levels.
  • Youll have a commercial approach using data and insights to tell the story of content performance.
