Job Description
Were looking for a dedicated and highly motivated IT Support Personnel to manage the computing environment for a team of developers. This position involves hands-on support with hardware setup user support and maintaining technical documentation.
Work Location: Ramallah
Applicants must be residents of Ramallah city.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for engineers in a software development environment.
- Manage user accounts across various IT systems (Active Directory email internal tools etc.).
- Install configure image and troubleshoot laptops desktops and servers.
- Maintain company websites (including WordPress-based platforms).
- Install maintain and troubleshoot office electronic and electrical devices when required.
- Support general administrative and office management tasks when needed.
Qualifications :
- A diploma in an IT-related field or higher
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS (Linux experience is a plus).
- Practical knowledge of configuring and maintaining computer networks.
- Basic experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages such as PHP Java or C#.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help others.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- WordPress experience is an added advantage.
