Job Description
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant FSI you support your clients in leading finance transformations transitioning finance functions towards the role of strategic advisor by:
- assess the digital maturity of the finance department;
- introduce (digital) solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the finance department;
- guide organizations in selecting tools for steering their business and help them in selecting the most valuable KPIs and track them in BI solutions;
- build planning budgeting & forecasting models using the latest technologies;
- make organizations data driven in their decision making;
- deliver improvement opportunities for finance processes by leveraging; technologies such as robotizing financial processes: e.g. record to report order to cash and procure to pay;
- use costing techniques and methodologies.

For the position of (Senior) Consultant Finance & Performance you should also have:
- a masters degree preferably in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Business Administration Business Economics Finance or Econometrics;
- spent time on extracurricular activities such as student associations boards commissions volunteering programs sports associations or gained experience from internships;
- a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in a relevant field of expertise;
- a self-motivated and curious personality that is able to take initiative and ownership;
- an interest in working in an international and diverse team;
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Dutch;
- a strong interest in digital trends and working with new technologies.
