Apprenticeship Overview:
- Salary:12563.20 per year
- Working Week: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 2pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Duration: 18 months
- Hours: 32hours per week

Duties:
- Assist with setting up and maintaining classroom and office IT equipment (PCs projectors printers)
- Learn to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Help maintain the IT asset register and equipment logs.
- Support staff and students with password resets and account setup.
- Shadow and assist with the administration of Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Help maintain photocopiers and AV equipment.
- Participate in IT maintenance tasks during school holidays.
- Respond to IT support requests under supervision and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to documentation and guides for users.
- Attend training sessions and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship.
