Job Description
As a Dominos General Manager youll be the driving force behind a successful store. Youll lead daily operations build a strong and motivated team and ensure top-tier service for every customer. This role offers a great mix of leadership business strategy and hands-on operationswith strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Hire train schedule and manage a team of delivery drivers pizza makers and shift leaders.
Operational Excellence: Ensure daily operations meet Dominos standards for food quality safety cleanliness and speed of service.
Customer Satisfaction: Promote a customer-first culture by addressing concerns quickly and effectively.
Profit Management: Monitor food labor and supply costs; track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Enforce health safety and labor policies in accordance with local and federal laws.
Inventory & Ordering: Oversee inventory levels place orders and manage vendor relationships.
Marketing Execution: Support local store marketing efforts and community engagement to drive sales.
Qualifications :
