You are a resourceful and customer-focused IT professional with a strong foundation in desktop support and technical troubleshooting. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Impact You Will Have

As an Enterprise IT Support Engineer I you will be the first line of support for end-users across the organization. You will resolve desktop network and application issues contribute to system improvements and ensure seamless IT operations. Your work will directly impact employee productivity and the overall success of our IT services.

What You Will Do

  • Float and commute between Atlanta Metro Suwanee and Duluth sites

  • Provide helpdesk support for end-users resolving issues related to desktops applications networks and IP phones.

  • Support desktop printing VPN (including telecommuter) and limited server environments.

  • Install and maintain desktops based on technical specifications.

  • Assist Systems Engineers with onsite support and escalations.

  • Participate in the design testing and implementation of new systems and updates.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across assigned functional areas.

  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the broader IT team.

  • Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices in desktop support.

  • Respond quickly and effectively to production issues ensuring timely resolution.

  • Provide weekly status updates on assigned projects and tasks.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to federal customer contracts.

  • Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2 years of experience in help desk technical support or desktop support roles.

  • 1 years of experience with Windows 7/10 Microsoft Office network connectivity and printer setup.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Visio Project Acrobat Slack and SEP.

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Windows security and file/share permissions.

  • Experience with iOS/Android device setup and troubleshooting preferably with Workspace ONE.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Exchange user administration.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.

  • A Certification.
