• Oversee and execute all marketing and community outreach efforts for Centennial East Goldfish Swim School
• Compile and populate engaging and entertaining social media content
• Build relationships and marketing partnerships with local organizations
• Oversee staffing and execution of in-person direct marketing events to generate interest and leads for Goldfish Swim Schools
• Oversee Goldfish social media influencer program and outreach
• Schedule and execute free water safety presentations with local schools libraries and community centers
• Oversee execution of Goldfish Swim School quarterly marketing playbook
• Track KPIs for customer conversions
• Develop a monthly marketing plan to be presented to management and owners. Execute marketing plan and advise manager/owners on success/improvement opportunities
• Attend all corporate marketing meetings/call and execute corporate campaigns
• Identify new opportunities for driving awareness and growth via marketing

• Make an immediate and life long impact with children and families every day - at Goldfish we dont just teach children how to swim we show them how to dive into life with confidence!

• $40000 - $43000 Pay is negotiable for highly experienced candidates
