Were Hiring: Customer Marketing Manager Mexico
Are you a customer-obsessed marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy data and execution Doctoralia is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to take our customer growth and advocacy efforts to the next level in Mexico.
Location: Mexico CDMX (Hybrid)
About the Role:
At Doctoralia we believe our customers are our best growth engine. Thats why were looking for a results-driven strategic and hands-on Customer Marketing Leader to own and execute programs that drive product adoption upsell and cross-sell opportunities and customer advocacy.
Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success and Product to ensure that every doctor not only sees value in our solutionsbut becomes an active promoter of them.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong B2B marketing foundations whos ready to make an impact and grow into a strategic leadership position.
What Youll Do:
Drive Product Adoption
Design onboarding and lifecycle campaigns to increase product usage and satisfaction
Define product-specific journeys (e.g. Agenda Noa Notes First Class)
Partner with Product and CS to remove friction in the customer journey
Lead Expansion & Growth Initiatives
Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns across paid product lines
Coordinate with Sales and CS to surface growth opportunities
Deliver personalized content based on usage and behavior
Build Advocacy & Loyalty
Scale our referral program (Plan Amigo) as a growth channel
Lead the collection of testimonials across specialties and products
Foster customer engagement through community initiatives and events
Own Funnel Performance & Insights
Monitor KPIs: adoption churn upsell CVR referral CVR
Analyze data to uncover growth levers and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with Performance and RevOps to sharpen segmentation & targeting
Execute Strategic Campaigns
Launch and grow initiatives like First Class Noa Notes adoption referral programs and webinars
Align with global playbooks while localizing to the Mexican market
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
4 years in customer or lifecycle marketing ideally in SaaS tech or healthcare
Expertise in CRM and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce )
Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable digging into data and optimizing performance
A doer with ownership mentality a strategic thinker with tactical chops
(Bonus) Experience in referral loyalty or upsell programs
(Bonus) Startup or high-growth experience
IntermediateAdvanced English
