Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor stanbul Trkiye. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness engage customers and support our business objectives.

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans including campaigns promotions and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Oversee the organizations digital presence including website management social media strategies and online advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility
  • Create and distribute compelling content across various channels ensuring consistency with brand messaging and target audience preferences
  • Manage the organizations public relations efforts including press releases media kits and crisis communication plans
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative marketing strategies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing public relations and brand management
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools content management systems and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and content
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and campaign performance
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
