We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor stanbul Trkiye. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness engage customers and support our business objectives.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans including campaigns promotions and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Oversee the organizations digital presence including website management social media strategies and online advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility
- Create and distribute compelling content across various channels ensuring consistency with brand messaging and target audience preferences
- Manage the organizations public relations efforts including press releases media kits and crisis communication plans
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative marketing strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing public relations and brand management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools content management systems and social media platforms
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and content
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and campaign performance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
