- Layout and approval from stakeholders
- Detailed drawings & Design (Good for construction drawings GFC)
- Continued Monitoring of project to ensure NRC NEXT guidelines and standards.
- Support to dealership and facility inspections / audits
- Facility completion review.
- Brand Audit and NML approval for facility
Departmental Co-ordination
- Liaison with different departments to accommodate requests relating to projects
- Deviation request handling & approvals
- Feasibility study to ensure NRC NEXT guidelines
MIS & Data Handling
- Preparing monthly reports
- Consolidation of data
- Update & circulation of monthly DND KPIs and presentations
- Review presentations and updates
- MIS & data handling
- Report sharing
Bottom Performance management
- Conduct regular evaluation of NMIPL network on performance.
- Evaluation of network on criteria aligned to India market for sales and CQ
- Send notification to bottom performing dealerships
- Work with dealership to review BPM dealerships and work for improvement
Audits
- Conduct Brand Audits for all upcoming facilities and approval from NML.
- Work with field team to conduct regular infra audits and provide support for improvement as per VI guide
Build supply chain
- Build strong supply chain of vendors for supply of material required for building Nissan dealership
- Conduct material audits and approval from NML
- Appoint vendors and ensure compliance in accordance to NMIPL guidelines.
