Design and implement optimized visit routes to ensure appropriate frequency based on client segmentation.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to validate client classifications according to defined parameters.
Regularly update client profiles to reflect current needs and opportunities.
Prepare each visit aligned with client profiles and sales cycle priorities.
Meet or exceed the companys target for average daily visits and maintain regular visit frequency.
Deliver product presentations following company guidelines with clear objectives on recommendation/prescription.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial strategy.
Propose commercial actions aligned with objectives in agreement with the Sales Manager.
Submit daily activity reports and updates on market insights performance and competition.
Qualifications :
What You Will Bring to the Role:
University degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or field-based role.
Demonstrated track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed objectives.
Strong knowledge of the local healthcare system and understanding of compliance and relevant codes of practice.
Solid commercial acumen and ability to tailor messages to meet client needs and deliver added value.
Confident communication style with credibility among healthcare professionals KOLs and system stakeholders.
Ability to adapt speech and approach based on customer context and feedback.
Proactive aligned with the companys vision values and expected behaviors.
Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
