Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin TX 78728
Responsibilities:
- Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility medical claim status and other program-related questions.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls in a prompt courteous and concise manner.
- Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfer calls to appropriate units as needed.
- Meet individual performance standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics.
- Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- No schedule change requests can be accommodated during the first 90 days.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience.
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Microsoft Office experience
- Effective multi-tasking skills
