Full Job Description:Director of Compliance
Grade: Business Grade 11 BG-11

Position Summary: The Director of Compliance will report to the Executive Director ofEmployment Law Employee Relations and Compliance and will create strategies andprocedures to keep the district in compliance with state and federal employment and educationlaws. This role will ensure that the districts employment practices and accreditation policies
comply with state federal and OSDE requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the Stateof Oklahoma is strongly preferred
Experience:
Experience in law business operations finance accounting economics and otherrelated fields of compliance management
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.:
Knowledge of District policies regulations practices and procedures related toemployees and Talent Management functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
