Job Description

Job Description

Oversee the Test and Activation audit program procedural compliance document lifecycle management trials preparations and trials coordination. To influence operational readiness training and technological improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a comprehensive and effective audit and compliance monitoring program.
  • Ensure Test and Activation auditors are trained and conduct regular audits within established procedure.
  • Maintain risk analysis framework and conduct periodic risk assessments of procedures and processes to mitigate potential issues.
  • Maintain Test and Activation SharePoint site and associated document libraries used for compliance documents and procedures.
  • Participate in sea trials as trial coordinator as needed.
  • Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate Degree in Technical Field or equivalent experience in Marine or Industrial Manufacturing Merchant Marine operations or U.S. Navy operations preferred.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certified preferred.

Required/Preferred Experience

  • Experience with compliance programs preferred.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail with proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with document retention programs and policies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with all levels of customers inside and outside the Company.
  • Experience working with represented employees preferred.
  • Security clearance or ability to obtain Security clearance.
    • This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance.
