Enquanto Accountant RtR (General Ledger) sers responsvel por:
Gesto de Ativos Fixos (reviso da conta de activos fixos em curso adio/alienao de activos fixos execuo da depreciao dos activos fixos)
Lanamentos contabilsticos incluindo inventrio
Reconciliao ICO (identificao de discrepncias solicitao de faturas em falta/resposta a pedidos padro anlise de dados e resoluo de diferenas de forma autnoma)
Relatrios Cognos
Reconciliao de contas (realizao e documentao da reconciliao de subcontas execuo da reconciliao BSAR)
Relatrios externos (Auditoria/IVA/Intrastat)
Participao em transies (preparao de uma viso geral do processo de GL para a empresa identificao e resoluo de problemas encontrados durante a transio)
Apoio equipa (formao de novos colaboradores)
Melhoria contnua de processos (procura constante de oportunidades de melhoria nas actividades realizadas e identificao de potenciais melhorias)
Gesto de stakeholders
Qualifications :
O que procuramos:
Experincia: Na rea financeira sendo uma mais-valia a experincia em BPO/SSC preferencialmente no departamento de Contabilidade Geral (GL)
Idiomas: Nvel de ingls avanado (falado e escrito)
Competncias: Bons conhecimentos de MS Office especialmente Excel
Competncias adicionais: Diligncia fiabilidade ateno ao detalhe e boas competncias de organizao
