Commercial and Insolvency Litigation Lawyer or Associate

About the role:
- Be involved in varying matters across all levels of court particularly in the Supreme Courts across the country.
- Approximately 40-50% insolvency litigation with the remainder being general commercial litigation (shareholder and franchise building and construction debt recovery and more!)
- Collaborate directly with a well-regarded partner and the wider litigation team.
The ideal candidate:
- 1 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency litigation
- Proactive solutions-focused with a strong work ethic
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment with approachable leaders
- Strong drafting skills and commercial judgement
- Consistent academic performance (distinction average is not a necessity)
- Admitted in Australia or New Zealand
