Travel and Expense Claim Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for aTravel & Expense Administrator. Join ourDowner Professional Servicesteam and play a key role inmanaging the end-to-end travel and expense process. Reporting to theTeam Leader Finance Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This is apermanent part-time positionworking22.8 hours per week flexible over3 to 5 days and the role can be based inCanberra Sydney or New Zealand.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Manage end-to-end travel bookings and maintain systems to track all travel activity ensuring timely and accurate arrangements.
• Reconcile travel claims daily and prepare detailed client invoices in compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to streamline travel and expense processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all travel and expense-related queries ensuring efficient resolution and support.
• Continuously review and improve travel and expense processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

What Youll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end process ownership with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise a dynamic workload while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external parties.
• A proactive approach to compliance and continuous process improvement ensuring efficient and effective operations
