Are you driven to grow business and build strong relationships Join us as an SMB Hybrid Account Executive where youll identify opportunities close deals and deliver tailored solutions to SMB accounts while driving revenue growth and retention.

What Youll Do:

  • New Business:Hunt and secure new SMB clients through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.
  • Account Growth:Develop and expand existing accounts with cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
  • Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate sales pipelines deliver precise forecasts and close deals efficiently.
  • Customer Relationships:Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers acting as a trusted advisor to address customer challenges.
  • Collaboration:Partner with internal teams (e.g. Customer Success Solution Engineers) and channel partners to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Insights & Strategy:Leverage tools like Salesforce and Gong to track performance refine strategies and improve customer outcomes.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales with expertise in SMB accounts and consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building objection-handling and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce Gong and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and come on-site to our Lexington MA office.

The US base salary range for this position is $56000-$84000 base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
