Job Summary:
- Drive Field Engagement: Distribute promotional materials including door hangers brochures tear-off flyers yard signs and business cards to target central Ohio communities
- Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate: work with internal teams to align field activities with overall business strategy
- Opportunity to grow Marketing strategy tactics and execution
- REQUIRED: Valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in marketing particularly in the fitness or wellness industry a plus
- Central Ohio local market and demographic knowledge
- Must reside in Central Ohio
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus
