Were on the lookout for an Email Marketer to drive high-performing campaigns and automated flows that turn browsers into buyers across our Shopify stores.
The Challenge
Were on the lookout for an Email Marketer to drive high-performing campaigns and automated flows that turn browsers into buyers across our Shopify stores. Youll own our entire email marketing function from strategy and setup to creative execution and performance analysis. Your mission Manage flows launch campaigns and increase revenue from email by at least 5% within your first 90 days. Youll play a key role in how we communicate convert and retain our customers.

We would love to hear from you if
- You have 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing for a fashion store in the German market
- You hav proven experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
- You have strong understanding of email automation segmentation and campaign strategy
- You are skilled in creating both strategic and tactical email plans
- You have solid copywriting ability and comfort working with creatives
- You have a data-driven mindset; you know how to measure and improve performance
- You have excellent written English and attention to detail
- Can speak German (nice to have but not a requirement)
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis were open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise.
