Job Description
Join Our Team as a Field Application Engineer Apprentice (FAE)!
Under the guidance of a Senior Engineer you will join our technical team focused on developing mechanical and mechatronic solutions for our industrial clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements to define technical project goals
- Contribute to mechanical and mechatronic design using CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks)
- Help draft functional and technical specifications
- Support prototype development and participate in validation testing (functional tests factory trials)
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers including those based in China
- Contribute to technical documentation and user training materials
- Support the sales team during technical presentations and trade shows
- Learn to manage a project from pre-sales to final delivery
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program or Masters degree in mechatronics mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical design electronics and automated systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or equivalent)
- Analytical thinking attention to detail and ability to synthesize technical information
- Strong interpersonal skills team spirit and adaptability
- Proficiency in technical English is required
- Curiosity autonomy and a desire to learn in a dynamic technical environment

SALARY
- In accordance with the French apprenticeship compensation grid
POSITION
- Start Date: September 1st
- Duration: 12 to 24 months
