Job Description
Job role: Field Technician
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Baltimore MD
The most important piece is we need candidates who are open and willing to drive in their own vehicle to various sites in the Baltimore DC and Northern Virginia area. This is absolutely critical to clear them on this because it will be a lot of driving. Expenses for driving are reimbursed. They can be from other parts of Maryland but that will increase their driving. Please confirm they are ok with driving throughout the entire state of Maryland and into DC and northern virginia during the workday for field service.
- Experience with Office 365 Azure with active directory synchronization
- Experience with desktop support
- Experience with networking TCP IP PNS DHCP and routing protocols
- Experience with VoIP and servers
- Good customer service skills
- Responsiveness
- Like to have a background in Cloud
- Want to be part of a culture and build a team
