Job Description
Were looking for a curious driven and detail-oriented Junior Performance Marketing Analyst to join our growing digital team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing journey whos eager to learn the ropes of performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Youll be working closely with our senior marketers and client servicing teams to assist in the day-to-day execution monitoring and optimization of digital ad campaigns. If youre excited about data trends and all things digital marketing wed love to meet you!
Tasks
- Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Support in monitoring performance of active campaigns and gathering insights from data.
- Collaborate with the senior team to understand client goals and help in creating basic reports and presentations.
- Work on daily performance tracking and support weekly/monthly reporting needs.
- Stay curious and keep learning about trends in performance marketing platforms and tools.
- Support ad creative reviews ad copy suggestions and keyword planning.
Requirements
- 01 year of experience in performance or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of how platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads work.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn tools like GA4 GTM and Looker Studio.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Interest in working with D2C e-commerce or lead-generation brands.
- A proactive mindsetwilling to experiment ask questions and get hands-on.
