What Youll Do

  • Lead the Onboarding Team: Manage day-to-day operations delegate tasks and support a small team to ensure onboarding is timely and high quality.
  • Guide New Customers: Act as the main contact for top clients during onboarding keeping everything on track and everyone in the loop.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Customer Service Logistics and Accounting to meet onboarding goals.
  • Oversee Contracts: Help review finalize and track customer contracts in partnership with internal teams and legal.
  • Improve and Scale Processes: Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows solve problems and improve the customer experience.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 810 years in onboarding customer success or project/account management.
  • Leadership: Youve managed teams and know how to support coach and motivate.
  • Project Management: You can juggle multiple tasks stay organized and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills you know how to work well with both internal teams and customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and systems to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Communication Operations Management or a related field required.
  • Bonus Points: Knowledge of water treatment or technical/industrial products is a plus.

Your Work Environment

  • Office-based: Youll work in a professional office environment with occasional visits to the field.
  • Occasional Travel: Expect light travel (up to 5%) for team visits or industry events.
  • Flexible Hours: Some evening weekend or on-call work may be required depending on customer needs.
  • Active Role: While not physically demanding the role requires long periods of computer and phone use and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
