Senior Tech Lead
We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead to guide and inspire our technical teams build scalable solutions and help shape the future of our technological direction.
What we expect from you:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or equivalent area.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in software development.
-
Previous experience leading technical teams and driving projects from concept to delivery.

Solid experience in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL) and front-end tools such as HTML CSS and jQuery.

Experience with Odoo is a strong plus.

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Docker Swarm: Production-grade container management stack definitions orchestration.

ElasticSearch: Integration with applications data modelling and search optimization.

Linux: Solid experience in development and production environments based on Linux with strong skills in terminal usage scripting and basic administration.
- jBPM: Experience modelling and executing automated business processes with jBPM (Business Process Management).

Proven experience in Scrum/Agile environments.

Skilled in leading agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups planning sessions sprint reviews etc.).
