Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Program Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision roadmap and priorities based on user needs market research and business objectives.
- Prepare and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) leveraging digital tools and AI solutions where applicable to streamline documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends user needs and innovation opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope plan and deliver product features efficiently.
- Establish key product performance indicators and use data-driven insights to guide product iterations.
- Ensure product features are developed in alignment with accessibility usability and security standards.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and clarity in product development
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Computer Science Education Technology or a related field.
- Prior experience in product management preferably within SaaS digital platforms or educational technology.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in product management tools such as Jira; familiarity with AI tools for productivity and research is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile and evolving environment.
- Passion for innovation in education and interest in leveraging technology for impactful learning solutions.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5000 AWS VB
- Working Location: Kent Ridge
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work 9am - 6pm
