We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager – Technical to lead our technicalproduct application system implementation and installation activities for industrial automation candidate must have strong experience in understanding customer needs recommending appropriatesolutions and overseeing the complete lifecycle of project installation and commissioning. The InstallationTeam will report directly to this role.
Interact directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and operational site visits if needed to assess and define client application suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and industry standards.
Propose complete system solutions using company's products and allied technical proposals solution designs and documentation in collaboration with the product team.
Lead and supervise the implementation of projects at customer closely with internal teams and the customer to ensure smooth installation commissioningand project timelines resource allocation and installation quality.

Key Requirements:
Manage and guide the installation team for efficient project adherence to SOPs safety norms and quality standards during daily/weekly reports from the installation team and resolve technical issues promptly.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer during project customer satisfaction by providing timely updates addressing concerns and delivering projects onschedule.
Maintain records of project implementation status site activities and post-installation project MIS and technical reports for management review.
Identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency reduce costs and improve updated with emerging trends and technologies in industrial automation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Industrial Automation) orrelated fields.10 years of experience in product applications system implementation and project management in theIndustrial Automation technical knowledge in automation products such as PLCs SCADA Drives Sensors -on experience in managing technical teams and executing field installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills technical acumen and a customer-first communication leadership and project management to travel to customer sites as needed.
