Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Mortgage Loan business in Kota. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in DSA sourcing and team management within the secured loan segment.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Mortgage Loans (HL/LAP) through DSA channels

Recruit train and manage a high-performing sales team

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets

Strengthen DSA network and maintain strong relationships

Coordinate with credit and operations for smooth processing

Ensure compliance with policy and quality standards
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Mortgage Loan sales
