Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations recruitment training performance management and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:

    Addressing employee concerns resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Training and Development:

    Identifying training needs developing and implementing training programs and supporting employee professional development.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Managing payroll administering employee benefits and conducting salary reviews.

  • Compliance:

    Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.

  • Performance Management:

    Overseeing performance reviews providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans.

  • HR Strategy:

    Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Recruitment and Selection:

    Managing the entire hiring process from job posting and screening applications to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.

  • Communication: Effectively communicating with employees management and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving employee issues and concerns.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities and maintaining accurate records.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating and resolving conflicts between employees.
