General Summary of Position:
This being a promotional opportunity only current UML Employees within the same Bargaining unit are eligible to apply for this position.
The Associate Director of Recruitment supervises coaches and develops staff in Inquiry Response Team (IRT). IRT ensures GPS inbound students calls and emails are addressed in a timely manner. The team also conducts outbound call campaigns to fulfill recruitment and enrollment goals. The individual in this role is responsible for planning and executing recruitment and yield strategies for the assigned degree programs. Responsibilities include: attending recruitment events college fairs conducting information sessions recruitment webinars contacting prospective students and keep them engaged during the recruitment admissions and matriculation phases. The Associate Director of Undergraduate Recruitment will also participate and support evaluating and summarizing applications for admissions. Collaborate with the marketing team academic program coordinators/departments on marketing efforts and developing marketing materials.
Collaborating with the Assistant Dean of Recruitment & Admissions the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions provide leadership in leading special recruitment and admissions projects and in managing external partners.
