This role in onsite in Washington D.C.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM/databases & data entry
Online research experience
Nonprofit and policy work experience a plus
Responsibilities
Assist with member/donor communications outreach engagement and renewals
Monitor email account daily and respond to inquiries
Monitor MPPF D.C. office mailbox and P.O. Box weekly
Sort mail and send relevant items to Operations Manager
Data entry and maintenance (Record donations from checks Enter new supporter contact information Edit/Remove data Sync ActBlue donations)
Co-manage Shopify account; Order fulfillment inventory customer support etc.
Conduct research on relevant policy issues
Assist with grants research and grant writing
Assist with event planning and execution
Assist with D.C. office supply inventory clean-up and disposal
Other duties as assigned by Director of Development and Operations Manager
$5500 - $5500 a year
