The Position:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations for all restoration projects including water fire mold and traumacrime scenes. This role ensures efficient job execution exceptional customer service and consistent adherence to IICRC industry and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills and is capable of managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Oversee all restoration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage incoming emergencies coordinate scheduling and dispatch teams accordingly.
  • Monitor timelines budgets and scopes to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate job scheduling equipment and crew assignments.
  • Supervise and train field technicians crew leads and the mitigation manager.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding job progress.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Maintain job documentation accuracy including photos notes and paperwork.
  • Ensure adherence to IICRC standards and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Track job costs and labor hours to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing.

Required and Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Minimumfive (7)years of hands-on experiencein the restoration field (Required).
  • At leasttwo (3)years in a managerial or supervisory role(Preferred).
  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certification (Required).
  • Experience in job costing and scheduling projects.
  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Organize plan and prioritize work.
  • Knowledgeable of IICRC regulations and bylaws.
  • Knowledge of industry policies and procedures
  • Ability to set goals and monitor them
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner
  • Daily commute to Sykesville Maryland. (Required)
