• Primarily an Operations role with a mix of Customer Management.
• Preparing Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills using Tally.
• Preparing Delivery Orders updating dispatch details and maintaining records in Excel & CRM system.
• Handling phone calls and customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Responding to operational emails and coordinating internally for timely resolution.
• Coordinating with suppliers godown and delivery in-charge to ensure smooth logistics.
• Ensuring all tasks are executed in a process-oriented and organized manner.
• Taking ownership of enquiries and following them through to closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Knowledge of preparing Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills in Tally is a must.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
• Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and general internet usage.
• Well-organized proactive and able to handle multitasking.
• A quick learner – high performers will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles.
