Job Description
- ensuring understanding managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or companys stakeholders through remote communication or site visits;
- taking full ownership of the delivery of the assigned technical and commercial project proposals scope or sub-scope of large size and/or complex project proposals led by Proposal Manager or Lead within automation projects business portfolio following the standard process;
- for independent delivery of project proposals acting as Solution Architect applying technical expertise for the concept design development of Emerson solution fulfilling customers requirements;
- ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed;
- proactively applying methodologies resources and techniques for minimizing the proposal preparation effort whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
- ensuring stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
- acquiring maintaining and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
- supporting on-the-job development of other Project Proposal Engineers;
- taking other responsibilities or tasks including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.

- Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering field
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Understanding of process automation instrumentation and/or rotating equipment vibration analysis computer infrastructure and network architecture;
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Experience in commercial and sales support activities
- Experience in process automation field for various industries
- Project management / coordination skills
