Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Support
- Help plan port usage and call schedules
- Prepare reports using excel and basic SQL queries
2. System and Network Monitoring
- Use tools like Zabbix or Nagios to monitor systems and networks
- Inform the technical team if something goes wrong
3. Technical Maintenance
- Do regular maintenance for user computers
- Check UPS systems batteries and gensets
- Fix basic internet or Wifi issues
4. Software Deployment
- Deploy software using document provide running linux commands
- Test software with test cases after it is deployed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Engineering or Diploma background
- 12 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Good at using Excel
- Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix or Nagios
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of how to set up Wifi and test internet connections
