Position Title: 0.5 FTETechnology Specialist
FLSA: Exempt
Reports to:Director of Innovation & Instructional Technology
Terms of Employment: 12 month position 20 hours per week with benefits according to the LEA Tech Unit collective bargaining agreement.
Immediate Start Range: $74758 - $98693 (salary will be prorated based on part-time FTE)
The Lexington Public Schools Technology department is looking for a dynamic outgoing person to join our team as a 0.5 FTE Technology Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this position are outlined below in the job description. We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills:

In addition to those skills the candidate should have experience in the following areas and expect to do some of the following tasks on a daily/weekly basis:
Working under the supervision of the Director of Innovation & Instructional Technology the Technology Specialist provides tier 2 support and is responsible for inventory support maintenance repair and management of technology devices. This role is divided into field support and in-office support as follows:
Duties include but not limited to:
The TS Works collaboratively with Technology department staff to effective support for the Districts educational goals. The TS conducts other administrative and staff duties as directed by the Director of Innovation & Instructional Technology or as needed by the district.
