Were hiring a Product Specialist in Investment Reporting who brings a deep understanding of investment reporting client needs and regulatory nuance. Youll combine financial acumen product thinking and a strong sense for investor communication to help wealth managers deliver reporting that informs and impresses.
This is not a traditional operation or reporting support role. Youll shape the actual reporting experience how it reads and how it aligns with regulatory and cultural expectations across DACH the Nordics and Benelux regions.
What Youll Own
Lead the Client Reporting Journey
- Own the client reporting experience from onboarding to long-term evolution.
- Guide clients through key decisions around reporting design regulatory compliance and investor expectations.
- Act as a strategic partner not a service function.
Shape Modular Reporting Frameworks
- Build Modular and Scalable Reporting templates.
- Translate bespoke needs into reusable design components.
Define Portfolio Metrics & Insights
- Own the definition and interpretation of metrics like IRR TWO drawdowns liquidity fees and ESG overlays.
- Validate the financial logic behind what is displayed.
Bridge Custom & Scalable
- Work with product and data teams to ensure reporting can scale without sacrificing personalization.
- Help define what good reporting looks like across various investor profiles and regulatory jurisdictions.
Bring Regional & Regulatory Context
- Embed best practices from SFDR MiFID II PRIIPs and other frameworks reporting expectations.
- Help shape disclosures that are both compliant and client friendly.
Who Youll work with
This role sits across the full delivery stack. Youll collaborate with:
- Product & Design- to define client reporting experience.
- Engineering & Data- to ensure metrics are accurate well modelled and structured.
- Client Success & Solutions-to ensure client expectations front and center.
- Clients- including CIOs portfolio leads and reporting teams across Europe.
What Were looking for
Financial & Domain Expertise
- Experience in wealth management asset management Private banking or family offices.
- Background in portfolio analytics investment reporting fund administration or investment operations.
- CFA Level II or/ CIMP strongly preferred. Fluent in financial math and performance attribution.
- Deep intuition for what HNW/UHNW clients expect from reporting- both visually and analytically.
- Familiarity with regional reporting norms especially in the DACH and Nordics markets.
Technical Comfort
- Able to work with engineers and data teams to validate metrics and improve logic.
- Knowledge of Python preferred
- Strong Excel/API plug-in fluency for reconciliation and review workflows.
- Comfortable testing reporting outputs raising logical issues and guiding improvements.

- You think in frameworks and communicate clearly across functions.
- Youre proactive thorough and not afraid to dive into details.
- You know when to push for a bespoke solution and when to advocate for scale.
