Tasks
About the Role
The role is the link between product management customers and business tech and development. You turn opportunities into concrete features and tasks making sure that what we promise to customers and partners becomes something real the team can deliver.
This is a hands-on execution role:
- You will write specifications stories and tasks.
- You will join customer and partner meetings to capture requirements.
- You will help define how Myver works by shaping agile processes in Jira and Confluence.
Its a role for someone who loves making things concrete turning strategic ideas into real shippable features that deliver value. You will be referring to the Head of Products.
This role comes with room to define your own ways of working take initiative and shape how product execution is done in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership (Primary PO Role)
- Create and maintain the product backlog in Jira and contribute to product discovery in Confluence
- Contribute to early product discovery by structuring requirements documenting clarifications and turning business opportunities into backlog-ready features
- Write detailed specifications for features including user stories acceptance criteria and compliance tags.
- Break down initiatives into Epics Stories and Tasks ensuring clarity for the dev team.
- Prioritize backlog items to maximize business and customer value while balancing team capacity.
- Ensure backlog items include necessary compliance security and data protection considerations working closely with tech and operations.
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration (Secondary BA role)
- Join customer and partner meetings to capture requirements and manage expectations.
- Translate business needs into clear actionable product requirements.
- Balance whats required vs. whats feasible with transparency.
Agile Process & Execution
- Drive backlog refinement sprint planning and PI planning (startup-scaled SAFe).
- Ensure the development team fully understands requirements business value and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working in Jira/Confluence.
UX & Wireframing (Big Plus)
- Create wireframes and flows to visualize requirements.
- Work with the dev team to ensure usability and customer experience are considered early.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or hybrid PO/BA in a tech startup or scale-up.
- Strong technical understanding (not necessarily coding but able to understand and challenge developers).
- Comfortable in customer-facing discussions turning conversations into requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
- Excited by the chance to define your own role and shape agile processes in a small team.
- Bonus if you have: Experience with UX/wireframing fintech retail tech or payments.
