IRUBIS GmbH is a life science tools startup that pioneers real-time bioprocess analytics with mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopy. Our mission is to revolutionize bioprocess monitoring and control with innovative and user-friendly tools enabling the next generation of biopharmaceutical production.
To strengthen our sales efforts across Europe we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Downstream / MIR Spectroscopy Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Tasks
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for MIR spectroscopy solutions in downstream bioprocessing across Europe
- Deliver product demonstrations technical presentations and application consultations to customers and partners
- Collaborate closely with the applications and R&D teams to ensure customer success and gather market feedback
- Represent IRUBIS at European trade shows scientific conferences and during on-site customer visits
- Support product and strategy development through insights from customer interactions and market trends
Requirements
- Educational background in life sciences biotechnology chemistry or related fields
- Previous experience as an Application Specialist preferably in spectroscopy or downstream processing with motivation to transition into sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required additional European languages (German French Spanish etc.) are a plus
- Self-driven structured and results-oriented with a passion for innovative technologies
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 50%)
